brochures, or catalogs.

At Hudson Printing, we understand the importance of sustainability in all aspects of
our business, including direct mailing. We prioritize using environmentally friendly
practices and materials to minimize our ecological footprint while still effectively
reaching our audience.

The file format preferred is an Excel or CSV file. It is best to only include the necessary data in your list.

It is preferred your mailing lists to be organized in the following standardized format:
First Name, Last Name, Business, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, and Zip.

The indicia should be at least 0.625 inches in height and 1.5 inches in length, while
the address label should be at least 2.5 inches wide and 1.5 inches in height with a
minimum 0.125-inch margin around all sides. Check with USPS for specific size
requirements to ensure your direct mail meets their standards.
